The Bucks County Community College Federation of Teachers represents full-time and part-time faculty at the College. Through this web site, members can find out about representation, services, meetings, activities, and programs offered through the Bucks County Community College Federation Local 2238, through the Pennsylvania Federation of Teachers (AFT-Pa), and through our national organization, the American Federation of Teachers (AFT).

The AFT represents higher education faculty (including both full- and part-time), professional staff and graduate employees, in all sectors of higher education—public and private, two-year and four-year institutions of higher education.
